Coffee Machines
Looking into some Italian coffee
machines? We live in a society which is obsessed with
coffee, we need it to stay alert so that we can be
productive at our jobs and we also just really like the
taste of it. The jolt you get from the infusion of
sugar and caffeine can be just the thing you need to help
get you through an otherwise dreadful day.
It’s no wonder that you see so many
Italian coffee machines setup in offices all over the world,
they help the productivity of the people who work
there!
Now, if you are one of those who are
completely addicted to having your morning, afternoon and
evening coffees, you might want to look into a coffee
machine of your own so that you don’t wind up blowing your
money away at Starbucks or some other coffee joint 2-3 times
a day. There are many Italian coffee machines out
there to choose from, there is the Breville, La Pavoni and
Saeco coffee machines to name a few.
So if you’re looking for some Italian
coffee machines to setup in your own home, here’s a look at
some of the most popular for you to consider:
Breville 800ESXL Commercial 15 Bar
Triple Priming Die Cast Espresso Machine
Wow, try to say that 3 times fast.
This is a serious machine for the serious coffee
enthusiast. It goes for around $350. This is a
beautiful and sturdy machine that comes with a storage bin,
swiveling steam wand and many other goodies, although it is
missing a few things you’d expect to see.
First, it makes use of a
thermoblock. This creates a pressure drop and uneven
heating in comparison to a boiler. It’s due to this
that you sometimes find sludge rather than a dry puck once
you’re done brewing, the dry puck is usually the result of
proper brewing.
Secondly the filters and group head aren’t
made from brass as is the case with similar machines.
Overall though, it makes a very good espresso and looks great,
you’ll get your money’s worth from it for sure.
La Pavoni PAB-16 Espresso Si Black
Automatic Espresso Machine
This machine goes for about $500. It
performs well and makes a great espresso as long as you use
good espresso beans. It looks great when placed on the
kitchen counter, it’s not very noisy, but one problem is
there isn’t enough clearance between the machine and the
drip tray, this means you can’t use a mug that is too
tall. Additionally, the machine continues to drip once
you’re done brewing.
Still, this is a great product.
Now if you’re looking for more Italian
coffee machines, I’ve only scratched the surface, there are
plenty more to look into. This should definitely start
you off though.
